These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and lr444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the lr444 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and lr444 governing your use of the platform.

If you are accessing lr444 on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and that the party meets all eligibility requirements set out herein. In any such case, "you" and "your" shall refer to both you individually and the represented party.

Use of the lr444 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

lr444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By registering on lr444, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on lr444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the platform. lr444 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended immediately, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated therein may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. lr444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

lr444 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name).

lr444 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported where applicable.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your account verification tier and may be communicated to you separately upon request.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. lr444 will not process deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be returned (less any applicable processing fees) and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day under normal circumstances. lr444 does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of withdrawal requests being handled at any given time.

lr444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Any player who refuses to cooperate with AML checks may have their withdrawal withheld and their account reviewed in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.

Funds held in your lr444 account do not accrue interest. lr444 holds player funds in a designated account separate from company operating funds; however, this does not constitute a trust arrangement or guarantee the return of funds in all circumstances.

All bets placed on lr444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published on the platform and are deemed incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

lr444 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had closed or the outcome was already determined.
• The odds or pricing displayed were the result of a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, and the correct price would have been materially different.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including through the use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of arbitrage strategy that exploits pricing anomalies.
• The integrity of the underlying event is in question due to suspected match-fixing, corruption, or external manipulation.

Cricket betting at lr444 covers a wide range of markets including, but not limited to: match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs per over, method of dismissal, and live in-play markets. Markets available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are subject to change without notice based on event availability and data provider coverage.

Winnings are credited to your lr444 account balance promptly following official settlement of the relevant market. Settlement is based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, or the ICC for international events).

lr444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated clearly at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lr444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

lr444's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lr444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

lr444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by lr444 includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, payment account details, device identifiers, IP address, and records of your betting and gaming activity. Where an account is closed by lr444 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of any internal investigation. lr444 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to you via the email address registered to your account.

When material changes are made, lr444 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the lr444 platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
